Acknowledgements
Acknowledgements will be faxed upon request.

Artwork
  1. Adobe Illustrator, CDR or EPS in PC format are required. All text should be converted to paths or curves to reduce font incompatibility problems. Hard copy should be provided for graphic reference.
  2. Scanned ready black and white art can be used at times. Provide each color plate as black and white stat with ½ point spread between colors. (Additional art charges will apply for art not submitted in this format.)
  3. Typesetting and artwork can be created for additional charges.
  4. Photo copies and/or faxes are not acceptable.
Art charges of $50(G) will be assigned for all art time over 1/2 hour. Prior approval of art charges is required before order will be scheduled and produced. All artwork will be sized to fit the maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified. Artwork will be returned upon request.
 
Drop Shipments/Split Shipments
Drop shipments/split shipments for more than two locations are $12(G) per location. Each shipment must be in full case quantities. Please supply self-adhesive labels and master list of drop shipments.

Freight
F.O.B. Factory, Arnold, Missouri (St. Louis). Bulk packaging. Standard ship methods include UPS, FED-X, and LTL. Freight terms are Prepaid & Add unless otherwise specified.

Imprinting
Pricing includes a one color, one-sided imprint. Two sided and wrap imprints are available on selected items. Thin lines and fine details may not reproduce exactly as the art submitted. Contact factory for further information and pricing.

Imprinting Method
Silk screen and pad printing are utilized. Heat transfers are available on some items. Contact the factory for availability.

Ink Charge
A charge of $350(G) per color for non-stock ink colors. Cannot guarantee an exact PMS color match. Standard Ink Colors: Red PMS 185, Blue PMS 301, Green PMS 346, Yellow PMS 123, Orange PMS 1665, Black and White.

Leadtime
Standard lead-time for stock items is 15 working days from the date of artwork approval. Standard lead-time for non-stock items is 20 working days from date of artwork approval. Rush service is available on some items - $350 (G). Contact the factory for more information. Pre-production art approval is required prior to producing an order.

Less Than Minimum
Not available.

Multi-Color Printing
Multiple color imprints are produced in standard ink colors only. Print registration tolerances of up to 1/16” in any direction may occur.

Order Placement
Purchase order and camera-ready artwork should be sent directly to factory. Email artwork to soffware@soffware.com. Please include standard contact information with artwork and purchase order. Fax orders are accepted on re-orders and new art consisting of typesetting only.

Over-run/Under-run
Due to the manufacturing process, 10% over or under of the quantity ordered will be considered a complete order.

Proofs
Paper proofs are provided at no charge and will be faxed for approval. Actual product proofs will be provided upon request at $200(G) plus all applicable screen charges. Actual proofs will be shipped via UPS Regular or Priority Mail and will be sent to the distributor unless otherwise specified. Signed proof approval required prior to order processing. Any changes to artwork must be received in writing and could result in delays and additional charges.

Reorders
Repeat orders may be mailed or faxed. Please include reference purchase order number and date, art description, item, item color, and imprint color. Include factory art number, if possible. Reorder set-up charge $50(G)

Returns
Returns will NOT be accepted without Soffware return authorization number.

Screen Charge
$50(G) per color, per imprint applies to all new artwork and reorders with copy or item changes.

Second-Side Imprinting
Contact factory for a quote.

Terms
Standard terms of Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. If credit references are required, allow additional time for approval.
